Our Team
Johnna Meek E-RYT500 | Office Administrator
Johnna is the welcoming face behind the front desk at Full Circle Physical Therapy—and she brings a lot more than administrative expertise to the role.
With a background rooted in movement and mindfulness, Johnna has been a yoga practitioner and teacher since 2013. She completed her 500-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at YogaOasis under Darren Rhodes and Sam Rice, and holds additional certifications in Yin Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Chair Yoga. That foundation shapes the way she shows up every day—with patience, adaptability, and genuine respect for each individual's needs.
Outside of the clinic, Johnna enjoys time with her husband David, their teenage daughter, and their two dogs.
She believes that healing begins the moment you walk through the door, and she's committed to creating a calm, welcoming environment where every patient feels heard and at ease. She looks forward to being part of your care experience at Full Circle Physical Therapy.
Where every visit begins with welcome.
